Loran Steplock

With an uncanny ability to understand other people’s perspectives, Loran Steplock is a master of finding the big picture and diving into the details to unearth creative and effective solutions. She is honest, forthright, and works to build inclusive cultures in all her endeavours. She leads by example, and is constantly looking for ways to improve and learn more in order set a better example than the day before.

She has work experience in data analysis, and training and facilitation, which means she enjoys breaking large ideas down to their component parts and finding unique solutions that are data-supported and practical. Her education and experience in acting makes her an excellent student of people and a gifted facilitator.

Her beloved dog Ruby has taught Loran much about patience, love, and when to chase squirrels. A Ridgeback mix who survived a hurricane on the streets of Miami, Ruby has learned many things with Loran including how to walk on a leash, how to ignore perceived threats, and the taste of strawberries and bacon. Ruby gives Loran two paws up! (Loran assures us the feeling is mutual.)
